DEEPER STRATEGY, pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), would like to inform and enlighten you regarding the processing of your personal data, the transfer of your processed personal data, the methods and legal grounds for collecting your personal data, and your other rights listed under Article 11 of the KVKK.
Within the scope of the purposes explained below, we may process, record, store, classify, update your personal data in accordance with the law and principles of good faith, and disclose/transfer such data to third parties where permitted by legislation and/or limited to the purpose for which they are processed.

Your personal data are processed by Deeper Strategy in accordance with the fundamental principles set forth in the KVKK and related legislation, based on your explicit consent and/or the other conditions stipulated under Article 5/2 of the KVKK, particularly where required by the legislation to which we are subject, for the purpose of enabling you to benefit from the services we provide. The purposes of processing personal data by Deeper Strategy include:
Fulfilling the requirements of commercial activities carried out by our company, performing services, and enabling relevant persons to benefit from the products and services offered by our company,
Conducting the necessary work by our relevant business units and carrying out related business processes and reporting activities,
Determining our company’s commercial, operational, and business strategies and identifying appropriate products and services,
Planning and carrying out customer-specific sales and marketing activities (for customers who have provided consent for commercial electronic communications; analyzing preferences, likes, and needs, and providing customer-specific promotions, opportunities, and benefits),
Evaluating requests and complaints,
Ensuring the legal and commercial security of third parties who are in business relations with our company and/or our dealers, following legal processes, and establishing, exercising, and protecting rights arising from legislation,
Ensuring that our company activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and relevant legislation,
Executing business activities conducted with our business partners in sectors that vary according to need and managing reference relationships,
Fulfilling information sharing, reporting, and notification obligations required by public institutions and all authorities,
Fulfilling obligations regarding the retention of information and documents arising from legal legislation,
Managing our finance, communication, market research, and procurement operations,
Managing our legal processes and ensuring that better and more reliable services can be provided to you continuously, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
METHODS AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be obtained through Deeper Strategy’s headquarters or physical environments such as factories, offices, and other premises where you may communicate with our business partners; call centers; websites, internet sites, and similar electronic transaction platforms; social media or other public channels; in written, verbal, audio, visual, or other physical or electronic environments.
We process the personal data we collect through the above-mentioned methods based on one or more of the following legal grounds:
Where processing is required by the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Türkiye (your data may be processed where relevant legislation, particularly the Turkish Code of Obligations, Turkish Commercial Code, Consumer Law, and Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through Such Publications, requires and mandates data processing),
Where processing of personal data belonging to the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract,
Where processing is mandatory for fulfilling a legal obligation (secondary legislation, compliance with regulatory and supervisory activities, carrying out and concluding alternative dispute resolution methods and litigation processes, responding to court requests, etc. constitute legal grounds for data processing),

PARTIES TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA ARE TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSES OF TRANSFER
Your personal data are processed by our company in accordance with the law and principles of good faith; accurately and, where necessary, kept up to date; for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes; in a manner that is relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed; and retained for the period required by the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed.
Your personal data may be transferred, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698 and the purposes specified above, to our domestic and/or international business partners, suppliers, insurance companies, notaries, banks and financial institutions, consultancy firms from which we receive support in legal, financial advisory, tax, and similar fields, legally authorized public institutions and private persons, and service providers from whom we receive support in storage, archiving, information technology support (server, hosting, software, cloud computing, etc.) and similar services, acting on behalf of our company.
RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PERSON WHOSE PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED
As a personal data owner, pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights:

You may sign the KVKK Application Form with an electronic or mobile signature holding a “secure electronic signature” certificate as defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and send it to our Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address: [email protected], or send it via the email address previously notified to our company and registered in our systems to [email protected].
For the purpose of determining whether the application belongs to you and protecting your rights, additional verification measures (such as sending a message to your registered email address or contacting you by phone) may be requested by us. In cases where applications are submitted on behalf of personal data owners by third parties, the applicant must provide a special power of attorney issued by a notary public by the data owner.
Your requests submitted to our company will be responded to in writing or electronically as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request.
